CREATING MANGA CHARACTERS (2012)

Creating Manga Characters is a book commissioned by The Crowood Press. It covers all aspects of creating characters, settings and storylines in manga. The book was illustrated, written and designed by myself and four other artists from the Sweatdrop Studios collective: Morag Lewis, Rebecca Burgess, Ruth Keattch and Chloe Citrine. For this book, I produced over 100 illustrations, some of which can be seen below.
